The Autobarn Mitsubishi of Evanston

My experience at Autobarn Mitsubishi of Evanston was nothing short of excellent. Jonathan Sammons and Sam Levin were honest and sincere throughout the process. We had a very straight forward deal where everybody came out happy and had a few good laughs as well. They are very easy people to talk to and they will do everything to make the experience memorable and fun. Even after my car purchase, Jonathan and Sam both offered to place Platypus license plate mounts on my car and my son's car for free. This is just one of many examples where they made me feel and my family feel special. Marius Petrutiu was also very accommodating with the finance process. Overall, I am happy to recommend Autobarn Mitsbushi of Evanston to my friends, family, and anyone who is looking to purchase a car. A+++

I traded my old car in and I got this amazing deal on my new car! Sam and the whole entire team were amazing and very helpful. I did not feel pressured at all. They made me feel welcome and they gave me what I asked for. They made my car shopping quick, easy convenient and stress free.I would definitely come back again! Great service!

I had such a great experience buying a used vehicle from the Autobarn Mitsubishi of Evanston. Everyone I worked with was fantastic, but Claudia Zires was crucial to my confidence in the dealership. After meeting her for the first time and being impressed by her helpfulness and total transparency, I knew I could count on her integrity and wanted to buy from her. She also answered my many questions throughout the process, and was just a joy to work with! Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. I called Continental Mitsubishi and they answer within my first try and resolve my issue. Called the one in Evanston. For some reason the workers don’t know the difference between Mazda and Mitsubishi and sounds the same to them. Got re routed at least 3 times only to have my call dropped all 3 times. Think it’s better to drive the hour to continental Mitsubishi than the 15 min drive to Evanston. Customer service is EVERYTHING.
