Carle Eureka Convenient Care

Been here an hour and a half waiting for a "room to be cleaned". He has a knee injury. He is so uncomfortable that he can't sleep, stand, sit, lay, and walking is a slow limp. Another young man came in with a hand injury (cut tendon) He left to go to another hospital because he was on so much pain. This is totally unacceptable. No stars is definitely what they have earned. The only reason they are getting a star is because o have no other option. After this, we will no longer use this local ER/Urgent care.

I went into the prompt care with swollen lips and hives after just being at bromen ER the day before for anaphylactic shock. The doctor was extremely rude to me. Said I was lying and had no reason to have came in. It’s a prompt care. The nurse tried to help me see a new doctor and he came in and basically said I was imagining everything. 10/10 do not recommend the prompt care or that doctor when you just have questions and wanted to be preventive. You’d have better luck going to Peoria.
