Travis and his employees did a great job for us. He took the time to make the small details of the job bring the room together perfectly. If I had to give any constructive criticism on Travco it would be the communication during the job. The texting and communication method used, I would have to rate as only fair. Overall I would recommend Travco to friends and family and I'm sure to use them in the future. Services: Shower installation, Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet installation, Toilet installation

Edit: had the same issue pop up. Called them and scheduled out 2.5 weeks. They called and said they could get me in sooner. I had another issue pop up in the meantime. They called and said they they had to reschedule due to parts. They never showed or called on the reschedule day so I called them and we rescheduled again. Never showed or called on the second reschedule day. Talented plumber, but if hes not gonna show after three times, I guess theres no point in booking him.
I sent in a web form, and they were literally at my door in under one hour. The tech wore a mask, first time anyone has shown up at my house in a mask during the pandemic, used the booties, etc. Also, after having 5 plumbers here in the last four months trying to fix this issue, hes the only one who addressed ALL the issues and not just the most direct one. So far, his fix has held one day longer than any of the others, so Im hoping its gonna work. If not, I wont hesitate to call Travco back and ask them to look at the problem again. I did not do this with the other five plumbers. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
