What used to be a safe haven for my senior mother is now FILTHY, unkept and deteriorated. I am so concerned about her health and well being. The other seniors still living there are in danger every day. The floors, windows, exterior are unkept. They have one washing machine on the second floor for 50 apartments and I'm told it no longer works. Where are these seniors supposed to go? My sister informed me there are divots on the pathway they use their walkers on? SLIPS AND FALLS are extremely dangerous. Our mother said someone spilled MILK that splashed on the front windows MONTHS ago... never cleaned and still there. The Health Dept needs to visit. HORRIBLE. She pays her monthly rent and has a reasonable expectation that the owners have a fiduciary responsibility to maintain the building. We are writing everyone we can to bring attention to this. It needs to be corrected.

Horrible place. They chase away good people to keep the troublemakers at all cost. Management is unresponsive. Run away as fast as you can..
