On the positive side, the owner (Ed) will call fairly promptly and makes service calls on weekends. He seems knowledgable. In an emergency situation this is good to know. However, he quoted me a $475 flat rate for a Sunday morning callout but then charged me $695 stating that there was extra work. (The material cost was approximately $5) He was there a total of two hours, 9 to 11 AM. Unless otherwise noted, a quoted flat rate is supposed to be the rate you pay and not increased at whim. He also stated that they now usually charge $395 to replace a wax toliet ring. Their prices seem arbitrary. When I complained, Ed told me that their prices can change at anytime so do I not recommend them.

We have used Marty several times over the years for everything from installing sump pumps to routing out our drains. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and does excellent work. Best plumbing service we have ever used for consistently good work and reasonable prices.

We have been so pleased using All Suburban. This most recent experience was during the busy holiday season and Marty worked late to make time for us. Service was great and the peace of mind knowing our issue is solved is so important to us. Highly recommend.
