Egg Harbor Cafe

They just finished remodeling the interior about a week ago. The floor plan is now more minimalist, open and chic. There's a nice coffee bar in the corner. They have a children's play area for your kids to play before or after they eat. It has a little book case and 1 table with some blocks and a puzzle. My kids are obsessed with the English Muffins here. Update: still love Egg Harbor! Kid-friendliness: Kids play area near the window and has a changing table and highchairs. Plus crayons and kids menus

Our server Jazmin recommended the salmon avocado toast and it was delicious! Its a very cozy place and the staff are all so nice and seem like they all get along well. Just a fun environment

Watch your bill carefully. Two Moscato wines totalling $24 were added to our bill which we didn't order or consume. Second time that this has happened downtown Elmhurst but at a different restaurant in span of a couple of weeks. A pattern is developing. I will reach out to the restaurant tomorrow. Hopefully they reimburse me.

Really cute breakfast place. Great food and service. My boyfriend and I stayed in the area and loved it! Would come back if in the area. Its also family owned which I love.
