These people were WONDERFUL!! I was in a hurry to get my gut/remodel finished and place rented. I left the bedroom shade situation to the last, then completely freaked out. Andrew Bonner and Helga Bravo calmed me down, then loaded me up with options and samples. Sent out their measure man, Robert, who basically gave me his professional opinion as to what would best improve the appearance of these rooms. Shades arrived promptly and looked beautiful. Very cost effective. They did a great job. Don't bother with the rest (Eddie Z's, Smith & Noble, etc.) Just come here. You won't be disappointed.

My fiancée and I used this place a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Upon answering the call, the phone girl gives a scripted answer. When I commend her on the skill it takes to say that mouthful she laughs and says "Oh thank you! I practice in the mirror" LOL... I appreciated the humor so early in the morning.She explained the process and it all sounded reasonable enough so we ended up ordering from them. Took longer than expected.... We didn't get an estimate for over 2 days. My fiancee did call to ask if it was ready to pick up (it wasn't) and they were very kind and let her know they will call as soon as it was. Smooth operation aside from the wait time.Her shades look great.... We are very satisfied with the end result. I'll continue to support this local business and will be ordering from them again.

Illinois Window Shade Company provided the motorized shades for our offices and conference rooms in Chicago. We received lower bids from other local companies but still chose Illinois Shade because of their knowledge and expertise as a manufacturer. The motorized shades are really impressive in that they look GREAT and drastically improve glare and privacy issues. Great service too. We will be using this company again.
