I've used Quality Home Service for multiple jobs - painting a garage at my Chicago condo, redoing a bathroom and painting the whole first floor of my Elmhurst house, and most recently redesigning and renovating the kitchen in my Chicago condo. They are reasonably priced, do fast but very high quality work, and are excellent and creative at designing bathrooms and kitchens. Very responsive all along the way - constantly keeping me updated on progress and any issues. Just really good craftsmen and a complete pleasure to work with. By far the best contractor I've ever dealt with.

These guys are the best! We had Fred and his son remodel our kitchen and we couldn't be more pleased with them during every step of the process. We spoke with Fred Sr. in the beginning phases and he was always available to answer questions, come by and look at something or give advice on what we should do. He even met us at home depot and helped us work with the guy on designing our kitchen. We've never done that before so it was a huge help having him there and his knowledge. Once they began working we met Fred Jr. and he was great too. Several times his creativity helped move the project along when we got to a point where we reached a problem and his attention to detail was much appreciated and noticeable.They communicated well to us during the whole thing and their knowledge was crucial in getting our project done the way that it was. Also a side note, our water heater went out one night and I called Fred Sr. just to check to see if he had done anything with it. He hadn't but he stayed on the phone with me to try and help me fix it and when that didn't work he came over around 9:30 pm to fix it! I don't know many contractors that would do that.  We also have small kids that they had to work around and they were great with them. So much so that our kids would say they missed the Freds on the weekend when they were not here. At the end of the project we have a kitchen that we absolutely love and are so grateful we went with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We highly recommend Quality Home Service. We were very satisfied with the work they did for us in 2008, so we called them to do further work on the bathroom. The bathroom remodel included replacing tub with walk-in shower; installing new wall tile, vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet and light; and painting. Fred and his son are honest, knowledgeable and experienced and do high quality work. The offer suggestions that greatly improve the outcome. They are friendly, punctual, neat and considerate, taking care to keep the work area and rest of the house clean. They haul away debris. They are responsible, giving us regular progress updates and are always available by phone. The results exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

When I purchased my first house in naperville it was less then desireable. I bought mainly for the property. The house originally was built with a one car garage and the owner prior to me added an additional 2 car garage onto that and then transformed the original garage into a rec room. I was stuck with this terrible space with ugly carpeting, poor paneling a pitched floor and mold! I received a referral for a family owned remodeling business and called them to come over for an estimate. I also received an estimate from another reference and since the numbers came in close I didnt know who to choose. A fancy builder behind a big name for a few dollars more, or a local independant. Coming from a small business family myself I decided to choose the similar. Quality home service came in and tore the place apart, removed the mold and transformed this space from ugly and useless to perfect and practical. They brought the vision of my babys first bedroom to reality for me with even more ideas then I had ever thought of. From electrical and cable outlets high up on side walls for a future flat screen, to a built in bench that opens for storage, Fred thought of it all. He even met me at the home depot to choose the perfect closet system. I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with this company. My only regret is that I didnt call them sooner!
