Im trying to figure out how to get to the head of this chain. Today one of my good friends , who works at dollar general, and I were on video chat while she was on break at your Elkville, Illinois store. While on that video call, she began seizing. I tried 8 TIMES TO CALL YOUR STORE FOR SOMEONE TO GO OUTSIDE AND CHECK ON HER! AND NEVER GOT AN ANSWER! Now I work with the public and Im required to answer every phone call that comes to my jobs phone. SHE COULD HAVE LOST HER LIFE, BC NOBODY WANTED TO ANSWER THE PHONE!
DO BETTER DOLLAR GENERAL!

Best Dollar General is very clean and the service is always fast. The staff are always nice. They always have a great selection and variety of items I've always looking for. The organization of the Dollar General is very well kept.

Great prices. Went there to get a tracfone card. Dollar General and only one other store sells them.
