Beautiful showroom. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Currently working on a master bath remodel which is turning out beautiful.

This was our first experience with remodeling, so we decided to start with a bathroom. I have to say, from start to finish I felt completely confident in everyone who works for OHI. Andrea, our designer listened to what my design goal was, and made it happen. She is not shy about telling you if something won't look right, and offers alternative suggestions. That's what you want in a designer! She has a great bubbly personality and was always available when I had questions. Our project manager Ben was outstanding. He made sure everyone from the tilers, plumber and electrician arrived on time and checked on their work once they were finished each step of the way. Very professional with a sense of humor as well! I never worried about inspections and permits as Ben and his team took care of all that for us. Any question or concern he always had an answer for, and was always available via text, which made me more comfortable. The tilers did a fantastic job and were very meticulous. The plumber changed our shower hose because he thought the one that came with the shower head was too stiff to use. I wouldn't have thought of that until it was too late. All in all, it was a good experience and we feel like the OHI team didn't just consider us "another job". When it's time for the kitchen remodel I will be calling on this team again! I used Ohi to remodel my kitchen ,bathroom and install wood flooring .I cannot express how dissatisfied we are ! They come across as a very professional company with project managers and designers but the truth is ever went wron with our job ! We are snowbirds and left them from December through Aprilto complete the job they said would take 2 months .I received a call from the designer that they measured the cabinets wrong .1 st time this has ever happened so we had to redo our design which I had to do the designers had no idea what to do they cut an extra hole in our quartz countertops by our sink .I went along with everything but wasn’t happy about it at all ! They didn’t reinstall our dishwasher properly and water went all over the new wood floor & ruined it . They sent out there plumber who informed me they left my dishwasher in our garage in winter and the gaskets dried out unbelievable! Plus the whole floor had scratches in it I believe from putting my furniture back ..I paid them every Penny that I owed them when they wanted it ,expect I held back the money for the floor until it was done properly .I bought a new dishwasher as asked by the floor person Pavel and left again for the season year 2 .I saw pictures of the floor I ordered a gray floor now my floor is brown with a hint of gray I hated the floor .I returned home to find my house is filthy the bathroom was unbelievable.They refused to take any responsibility for anything . They basically called us liars and bullying us until we paid them .I’ve never been spoken to like that .so unnecessary…please do not use this company there only good if things go well ! We used OHi for a custom storage solution in our garage and while we were ultimately satisfied with the quality, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Our project ended up taking significantly longer than expected… A big part of the problem was it was installed incorrectly which led to numerous follow up visits over a few month span. In addition to repeatedly needing to miss work to accommodate, we would often go weeks without any communication or updates on how long it would take. We are happy with how everything looks now, but I think I would look elsewhere if I was gonna do it all over. Service: Remodelling

Rick Counselbaum, his crew and staff were incredible to work with! They installed flooring in my basement and some carpet on the stairs. They were on time, communicated everything going on and timing of the project and were so helpful in choosing selections! I wouldn't work with anyone else in the the future but them.
