COVTEST - Elk Grove Village

Tried this place for travel COVID testing. Never got the results in time.

Yesterday I did my test at the facility at Niles. They told me it will take 24 to 48 hours so I asked that I would please request in 24 hours cause I need it for my travel and the person who was there told me you'll get it in 24hours, it's more then 24hours, I tried calling the number he told me he has contacted the lab and as soon as they will respond he will let me know. It's been 1 hour since. Now I'm worried if I don't get my test how will I submit it to the portal. I have a flight tomorrow at 12pm. I'm veryy scared.

Great Experience at the Elk Grove testing site. We needed to take the Covid test and receive our results on a Sunday. The facility owner and his staff were extremely helpful and did everything possible to help expedite the process. I would recommend this location.

We went to their location in Schaumburg on December 9th and they were great. We got our results on the morning of the 10th.(under 24 hours) But now that they have switched to their facility in Elk Grove Village, all of that has changed. We went Thursday evening, December 16th and were told we would have our results in 24 hours. Friday evening we called to follow up on our results, and we were told that we would get them later that evening. Saturday morning we called and we were told that our tests hadn’t been processed at the lab because it had been less than a week from our last testing. Which was not correct, we came exactly a week apart. They then said that they would request for the lab to process the results and we would get an update in the evening. We followed up again in the evening, and we were told we would get an update later that evening. It is now Sunday morning, and still no results. We are the ones continually having to reach out to them to get any sort of status. I just wish that they would have been upfront and honest with the time frame so we wouldn’t have been expecting results in a time frame that couldn’t be achieved.

Good service, unaired helped me to get my results as fast as posible so I wouldn’t miss my fight
