I had the nicest conversation with Julie at Johnson Insurance Agency. I needed to insure the new car I was purchasing and she handled everything with such prompt and courteous service. I never feel like a stranger when I call their agency. I have been a customer for the 40 some years I have live in Elk Grove and they always look out for my best interests.

My husband and I have used Johnson Insurance for 49 years. They are extremely reliable, give us outstanding service, and find us the best insurance at the best rate. Whenever we have had a claim they have always taken care of it immediately.

Johnson Insurance is the best. Two generations of our family have been working with Bill and Craig for 20+years.
Recently, Bill was so helpful in helping us deal with a car that was borderline totaled. He helped us move through the process, negotiations, and various paperwork. You just dont get that by calling 800#s and listening to automated voices and commands. His experience and expertise were critical in settling the claim. Thanks again, Bill!
