Suburban WELL DRILLING CO

Normally don’t do this... but wanted to give all you moms a heads up! I called this company last night our water for some reason stopped working! They did answer and said they would come today around 10am which to me is not an “emergency call” they really upcharged us nearly double what this job costs. We called K&K wells to come actually change the tank that needs to be fixed and they told us this job they did would have charged us half the amount. Please be aware as they have pretty good reviews online. I did reach out to the owner and he is aware and has not responded.

Was out of town when kids called about orange water. Called Suburban and they were there that day. Called me and explained the problem. Pump was still working but I had them replace while it was out. Great service and reasonably price. Will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend suburban well drilling! My well pump went out at 9 o'clock at night and I called Jason from suburban well and he was there in a half and hour. Figured out it was my pump that had failed and had it pulled and replaced in an hour and a half. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process at a great price! I will be recommending them to anyone who needs anything well related in the future.

If you only want the best then Suburban Well Drilling is the company to use! We had the best service both professionally and knowledgeability! Jason and Jim know everything about this industry. Our pump went out and we had everything back up to speed within no time. Please don't use anyone else. Suburban Well Drilling is the best company to use! They also have the best equipment and up to date testing available! Don't get stuck with a company that is old school and doesn't know what they are doing! Our water quit running late on a Sunday evening and Suburban Well Drilling Co.'s contact information was on our pump's control panel. They answered our call right away and gave us some instructions to get our water back on line. Unfortunately, there was a bigger issue so Jim came out the following day and found the pump had failed prematurely. Luckily, the part was still under warranty and he was able to replace it immediately. Jim was professional, informative, and answered a ton of my questions. I would definitely recommend these guys.
