Never use this company! I TOOK LEONARDO TO COURT!
I will try and make a very long story, short. I used Frano Brothers to remove trees in my yard. Leonardo left my yard an absolute mess and never finished the job. During the job Leonardo asked if he could burn some of the trees in my own yard, not wanting to take it away himself (something he said he'd do during our estimate meeting). His equipment left tire marks all over my yard. When I asked what would be done about it, he said I would need to fill in dirt and grass seed - not him. His trucks left oil stains all over my driveway. When he was almost done with the job (still had several stumps to remove), he made me feel guilty telling stories about how he and his guys needed the money then. Feeling bad for him, I paid him (teaching me a HUGE lesson to never trust anyone every again). He never came back to finish the job. I called him many times and he ignored all my calls. Finally, my husband called form his phone. Leonardo answered it right away. When he realized it was my husband he was speaking with he came up with excuses as to why he wasn't calling me back. My husband and him made arrangements for him to come finish the job. My husband told him, if he doesn't finish the job, we will take legal matters. Leonardo never showed up and never answered any of our phone calls thereafter. We decided file a lawsuit - not necessarily to get my money back, but to teach Leonardo a lesson that he cannot keep running his business like this treating customers unfairly. He was served and when the court date came, he did not show up! Clearly, he doesn't have the proper work ethic to run a business. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
