        Bought an Airthings radon detector after reading an article about radon in basements. It indicated we had a reading of between 10-12 picocuries. Radon rescue came and installed a radon mitigation system. The reading is now 0.4 picocuries. The installers were met with a couple of challenges, but came up with creative solutions. Exceptional workmanship. Very clean. Install looks like it was built with the house. Entire staff is very easy to talk to, responsive, and friendly. The pictures speak for themselves. Best in the business.

        I had two crawl spaces so it was hard to determine what charges would be. Owner came out and inspected the house and layout. Went over all my questions/concerns. They were able to give me a realistic price and even lowered it $100. The crew followed covid rules and was very friendly. Betsy gave great customer service!

        The house I bought in November 2020 had a radon mitigation system that was under warranty with Radon Rescue. My radon levels were high, about 10 both in the basement and on the main floor. Radon Rescue came out several times over the last few months to work on it but they couldn't get the levels down. The last time I talked to them they wanted to dig up my window wells, which couldn't be done because the ground was frozen then (in February). I was really worried about the high radon levels and last week I paid another company to come out because my radon problem wasn't getting fixed. The other company didn't do anything with the window wells. They moved the pipe and sealed the sump cover and now my radon levels are down around 2. I'm not satisfied with Radon Rescue because they couldn't fix my radon problem. I don't recommend them.
