I made an appointment to get a balayage done by Diana because she did a beautiful job on my friend’s hair. Unfortunately, she was not available, so we booked an appointment with Grace. I showed her a picture of the balayage I wanted and explained that I had box color in my hair. The balayage did not pick up any color and my hair came out very dry. We did cut off the split ends and I paid for the service. I asked for another appointment to correct the color with Diana, but she bleached my hair blonde instead. I booked a second appointment with Diana to deposit darker tones into my hair to create the balayage effect I had wanted in the first place. My hair came out absolutely destroyed. My curly hair is now straight on the ends, my hair has green tones because they bleached over the box color. I was very unhappy with the results because it was not what I wanted. When I explained this to the instructor I was treated very poorly, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. I was forced to pay for the service despite how horrible it looked. I do not recommend this place. First picture is first appointment with Grace. Second one is with Diana. Third one is with Diana. You cant see the greenish tones on camera but it is very much there in person. Last picture is what I asked for.
