Nice food, good service. It's the kind of place my grandparents, who grew up during the depression, would have enjoyed going to. Home cooked meals that stick to your ribs. The kind of place they would have taken me and my brother when we were kids. Although all the wait staff were too young , I half expected some one to tell the chef (who bore more than a passing resemblance to Mel Sharpels) "kiss my grits". I'm not sure when I'll get back to El Paso but if I do I hope Woody's is there. I'd really like some of that pie they had in the case.
