I give Ledgestone 3 stars only because I had them for at least 10 years and had a great relationship then all of the sudden they raised their auto rates significantly on me about 3 years ago. I inquired and gave them the chance to keep our auto, home and umbrella policies. State Farm won and continues to be interested in keeping my business. I was disappointed to have to part ways but that's business I guess. I still think Don is great. Not as impressed with whoever I dealt with in his firm that didn't value my business as much as he always did.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. They insure our autos and business and I have always been pleased. When I have had questions or request documents, they always follow through. Highly recommend

Well after providing my current policies, several emails and phone calls, and waiting over a week, Gabe the account manager informed me my quote requests had been turned over to customer service for processing. When asked why it was taking so long, I was told that was the normal workflow. I then canceled my request noting that Im would hate to see their response if I had a future claim. I went with another agency that provided all my quotes within an hour. Good luck with the workflow and lack of common sense. And before you think it, I have an 800+ credit rating and a clean driving record with no Homeowner claims.
