So Ive left a bad review before on yelp. Talking about how bad the management was and all the lying that happened. Well clearly not much has changed. I used to work for the company and was happy to see the manager was replaced. The lady was nice. However my father was lied to in order to close a sale and I was lied to when so went in for help. Dont cover for employees when they say shady things. If youre a good sales person you shouldnt need to. So we got an update. My father went in to return his phone and then just flat out lied to him. Saying he just needs to go to ups and hand them the phone without needing any paperwork. Also its a different person saying they are the manager now. Told him to go to the corporate store to ask about it. They actually helped him and when they tried to call the other store they wouldnt even talk to them. People literally go anywhere else that isnt a TCC store

I went to this location for help transferring my moms number because the over the phone service was giving me the run around. Isaac was more than helpful and didnt waste any time. Very good customer service and a great people person.

Mr Clayton in this T-Mobile store is very efficient to serve our need as customer.

Traded in my phone and the warehouse never received it. Since T Mobile did not receive my old phone I am not getting a discount. I was told by customer service and the store location that I had to wait for 2 billing cycles. Here we are over 2 billing cycles, nobody knows where my phone is and I am getting charged for the full price of the phone. Don't go to this location. New people every week.
