        So apparently if you have state insurance, and their website is down they refuse to see you here. They shouldnt be allowed to discriminate. I will never return here

        My experience at East Moline Dental Center was a pleasurable one. The staff is attentive and helpful. Dr. Kendall is personable and honest with a good bedside manner. The fees for my appointment were very reasonable. I will continue to come back to East Moline Dental Center for my oral health care needs.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take all concerns seriously. Our office does not discriminate. Like most private practice dental offices, our office is unable to accept state insurance. Since Managed Care Organizations have become involved, state insurance can be somewhat confusing because many plans share names with private insurance entities such as: YouthCare HealthChoice Illinois, Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL Community Health Plan, Aetna Better Health of Illinois, Meridian Health Plan, and Molina Healthcare. Since we are unable to accept any of the previously listed plans or any state insurance plans, it is our policy to always be up front about this so that the patient can decide whether they wish to seek treatment at our office.

Our policy is to always discuss treatment prior to performing any mutually agreed upon services and only charge for services performed. Additionally, it has always been our policy to address billing and/or insurance concerns when they arise in a professional manner.
