    Clay is a first class pet forwarder. Our move was heavily disrupted by COVID restrictions but he took good care of our two dogs for a month whilst we got the logistics sorted out and was always responsive to our communications.

    I'm sorry to say I do not recommend this provider. My quote increased ~$1,400 between the initial estimate and the bill, so I cancelled the project. The initial quote had not included the legally-necessary minimum service of a customs clearance in the destination country, so I consider it to have been deceptive. While working with me by email, this provider forgot key information I had already told him (such as the destination address contact details) and key information he himself had told me (such as what days of the week the animal-cargo flights left my city); sent too many emails, while also complaining about the volume of emails; waved away my concerns about whether coronavirus restrictions had changed any legal aspects of the destination airport's process, instead referencing how his numerous years in business made it unnecessary for him to know about that; and when given access to a shared online folder of descriptively named pet health record files, chose to open an old one and then email me that it was out of date, rather than simply opening another file with a more recent date in the file title. In sum, when I hire a service provider, I would like for them to make my life easier, not harder. I feel that did all the research and preparation for this trip, rather than the provider doing key aspects of it and informing me; and I had to repeatedly ask my key questions to this provider as well as repeat myself. The consequences for my family of having mistakenly believed his initial quote would cover the minimum legally necessary services of getting my pets through a foreign airport are still unfolding, but they could be quite large, such as extended separation from my animals. I wish I had followed my intuitions emerging earlier in the process when I felt was having my concerns waved away and hiccups blamed on me (e.g., brusque demands for information I had already given, saying he had told me something all along when it had been completely absent from the initial estimate) although I had done nothing wrong.

    Honestly wonderful. We only gave him a week and he managed to get all 3 of my cats from the US to the UK. He even offered to pick them up to bring them to the airport. We were pretty much the worst clients you could ask for with how last minute we were and he still managed to make it work. All my babies were well taken care of. Would definitely use this service again.

The only company in Illinois who can handle exotic bird export from Illinois / U.S. (Ohare Airport, Chicago) to Europe. 30 years of experience with this type of business, very helpful regarding information about necessary certificates, permits, etc. Top relocation service - all in from providing IATA compliant kennel modified for birds, over reliable pickup at location defined by us, up to smooth handling at the airport. Clay has good connections and established contacts with airlines and authorities. Thank you very much for everything!!! (Relocated: quaker parrot).
