This is a great dog boarding facility. We drive a considerable distance from Chicago to board our dogs here, because of the care & attention they get and the open outdoor space in the countryside, where the dogs can run around regularly. Our dogs love it here... while we don't like leaving our dogs at all, knowing that they will be very well looked after makes it that bit easier.

We've brought out pets here on numerous occasions. Both for grooming and boarding. This past week my husband and I flew to Las Vegas to get married, leaving our 4 fur babies with Wagmore boarding. Yesterday shortly before boarding our flight we got a call from one of the staff members frantically saying there's blood in the kennel.with no idea where it came from. Two of our dogs were Kennebec together together. She didn't even look at the dogs to determine the situation before calling us. I had to call my sister to go figure out what was wrong. I got more information from her then the people I trusted to take care of my dogs. I want to make this very clear. I'm not upset my dog got sick. I understand it happens. Dogs get sick. What concerns me is how panicked the staff member was with NO IDEA what to do. We were clear across country. Panicking because we were about to board a 4 hour flight with no idea what was going on. There was. No offer to take her to the vet. Nothing. As said before when she first called she hadn't even looked at the dogs to see if if one was injured.-- in response to the the owner. There was no sore. My dog was throwing up so much she gave herself a stomach ulcer. Someone who works with dogs should've been able to see the multiple piles of vomit and the one with blood in it. I'm just sayin. As a facility that handles pets, you should work with your team to handle distress better.
