Was a customer for 6 years. Thank god I know longer have a policy with them. At the end I would only deal with corporate because dealing with the people at this agency is just a terrible experience. I just had to call again because I canceled my policy in August but was receiving an email that payment is coming out of my account soon. I talked to these 2 people twice and told them my policy is fully canceled nothing should be coming out and they confirmed. I just call allstate today and they tell me that payment was never removed. Luckily I caught it in time and reported the agency to escalation at All State corporate. I will also be filing a few complaints with the BBB. I would highly recommend not using this agency for your insurance needs and look elsewhere. It will save lots of headaches from dealing with a staff that has been rude for most of the 6 years!

We've been with this agency for many many years because of their excellent service! The employees are friendly, helpful and personable. They exceed expectations in providing superior service to their customers. I would and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
