My family has used Gold Coast Agency in two capacities: elder care and nanny/toddler care. Both assignments have exceeded our expectations in all respects. The caregivers are attentive, thoughtful, calm, polite and, above all, they actually do care. I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Eva, and the people she somehow consistently finds to meet our needs. I am about to engage this agency with a third project. A+

Has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful with our search for a weekend nanny. Will not return calls or text messages. I have referred a few friends to her in the past but will never do so for sure! Totally unprofessional and rude.
