Balance! Pediatric and Family Weight Management Spec

Please don't go here. So disrespectful of me and my foster daughter. When I offered to give paperwork digitally, I was told they don't have email. Then it was insinuated I was lying about who I was before I was TURNED AWAY with a sick infant. Just a terrible experience.

Very unprofessional, bad communication, run down facility. My sons severe allergies were not handled with care, nor was there any help in finding a good pt for him. Randomly stopped accepting our insurance and would not give him his vaccines, even though our insurance rep talked to them and we showed them proof of payment. Please do not go here.

I only gave them a star because I couldnt rate them a 0. I have been calling and leaving messages and cant get anyone to return my call. Poor customer service! I know they have kind of crazy hours, but all patients or potential patients should be considered important. This is the only place in this area who caters to pediatric weight issues and my daughter is in dyer need of some help and I cant get anyone to return my call. Its a real shame!

I saw her in the hospital when my son was born. She's very gentle and warm. Answers all my questions is very helpful. She's attentive to my son's needs. Sees us on time, had good scheduling times. The office is clean and warm. My son is in great hands!
