I specifically requested, several times, that I be notified when he was intending on serving the papers. He did not let me know which caused extreme damage and unnecessary issues for me. NOT HAPPY! Follow instructions!!

Have worked with Midwest on a large number of complaint services. I refer to this company as the "Navy Seals of Process Service." You honestly will not find a better process server in Chicagoland, trust me I have gone through a few. If you MUST serve someone, pay for their investigation services and you will not be disappointed. 100% accuracy.

This company is unethical, stealing, and abusing its privilege. I happened to be a victim of massive fraud by my ex-husband. Thus, I am in several lawsuits including some with my cousin, who was also a victim of my ex. This company was appointed by the court to serve me with some documents without knowing that the person who is "suing me" is my cousin, that we have a decent relationship, and we both communicate often. They lied about saying that I did not answer their attempts to serve me and that they had come to my house and I was not there. However, I had emailed them with my address and phone number as well as preferred hours. I asked them to text me to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Instead of answering my email or texting me to make proper arrangements, they emailed my cousin one more time saying "She is still avoiding. We have now called 5 times with no response. We have been to her place two times with no response from her. We will be making no further attempts unless you are willing to pay for stakeout time. Thanks, Will (the owner of the company)" I called the company to confront them and explained that I had cameras in front and that they were lying and harming my reputation by saying I was "avoiding" when I had been nothing but responsive and accommodating. Will was extremely rude and hanged up. Then, I texted and emailed Will and my cousin the following: "I am sending this email as proof that the court-appointed person assigned to serve me has not attempted to serve me at the times I indicated that I would be available. There are cameras in the address I provided and I gladly will review the times that he allegedly was there because I have been there as I mentioned I would and no one has come to serve me. Moreover, I am not "avoiding" getting served and it is extremely inappropriate that he is now expecting to charge more money when he has not even tried to do his job. I also requested to be texted to arrange a comfortable delivery for him but he has not sent me a text. He did not reply to my previous two emails either... I did call today and he hanged up on me instead of figuring out when and where to meet. I guess this is another proof of his unwillingness to serve me. I am happy to attest this to whoever is needed because the world does not need more people in a position of power who are trusted by the law who are just taking advantage of their position! In addition, I will continue to be available before 8 am at the address I provided Monday through Friday next week." Will did not call or text. However, a few days later, someone else, Michael, from the same company texted me and I responded promptly. We made arrangements so that he could come to serve me the next morning. Michael came and gave me the documents with no issues, but frankly, this company enages in unethical practices and should not be operating.
