Corporate Office - Cooper's Hawk

Dining experience at Downers Grove IL location: Had reservations at 6:30 on Sunday evening. Waited 30 minutes before being seated. Was advised by the hostess that we had to wait even though our reservation. After I suggested that they put two tables together for our party of five we finally sat down. We waited over an hour to get our meals. Horrible service and horrible accommodations. As we are wine club members, this experience was not pleasant.

The Columbus Ohio branch forgot to give me back my membership card. They told me they could not find it. I have called the customer service line many many times and left messages. The recording says they will return a call, a month later I stll have not received a call or been able to contact anyone for my lost membership card. Worst Customer Service ever!

Ive been trying to get ahold of guest services for over a week. I call and leave messages. And not one person calls me back. Next to impossible to talk to anyone.

My friend and I had dinner at the location in Oak Park on Friday, January 19th. Atmosphere was great, drinks, appetizers were great. The meal was just okay. My friend and I decided to split the bill $52 a piece and received the receipt for the same. Checked my bank account and noticed I was charged for $103. On January 20th called restaurant on the 3rd transfer spoke with a manager who informed me he would call me back to keep me updated. Did not hear anything. Called back on January 21st, spoke with different manager, who stated she see the reversal and it should take about 7-10 days. When I talked to my friend, she noticed that her bill of $51.99 was pending on Sunday, then it disappear and then it was charged correctly. So, I'm not understanding why my charge still has not been settled. I'm very upset in the way this is being handled or not handled. I'm very surprised by this establishment in not settling this matter in a timely manner. I will not be visiting Cooper's Hawk due to the way this issue is being handled.
