They showed up late due to an illness which I understand. The gentleman was sloppy & I needed to tell him to sweep the floor before moping & still swept around them, he didn't move can on side of tub & clean under it, he left 1/2 of the things on vanity when cleaned. I had to go over it. My counters in the kitchen weren't wiped down. I signed off on it but next time I won't be so giving, I paid for a deep clean $300.00. Not really happy with team I had Debra M

I wish that I captured before and after pics from a deep clean move in and carpet cleaning that I had last month by Jasmine, Derrick and Brian. We moved into a new home and wanted to have it deep cleaned after closing before we began moving our things in. Brian was so friendly and helpful in accommodating the short notice and all of the cleaning needs that I inquired on. The prior owners had 3 cats and I’m pregnant so it was important that we not only had a deep cleaning but also heavy dusting in hard to reach areas, including vents. While our home was modestly in need of cleaning when we moved in we still wanted it sanitized and completely wiped down. Not a surface or corner was missed during our 2 1/2 hour cleaning. The fans, blinds, inside of kitchen appliances, cabinets, drawers, showers and even door handles were all cleaned and sterilized. The cleaning crew arrived right on time and performed the cleaning with the time promised and got started right after arrival and walking through. They made sure that I did a walk through when they were complete and cleaned anything that was missed, which was only one blade on a fan. I was beyond impressed and will be going with them for future cleanings. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, everyone is exceptionally professional and friendly and they are patient with answering any questions you have before the cleaning. Brian was amazing in scheduling my appointment and leading the team. They also did a carpet deep cleaning where they said our carpet filled up the entire vacuum with cat hair. We’ve been in our place 3 weeks now and have no signs of any hair in the carpet so they did a great job getting so much up. This company is very professional and timely. I had the pleasure of James coming to clean and sanitize my home and he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was satisfied!! He was on time, worked consistently and was very helpful in assisting me with task that I could not have performed on my own. I will be using this company contractually from now on!!
