Very rude! Moved to Chicago from Berwyn 4 months ago. My dad has alzheimers and was going to casa central. I've been told to wait 2 to 4 weeks every week since then! When I've asked when I can expect him to get served here in the city or what else I can do to make sure he is taken care of during the day when I go to work I generally get told its not their problem and usually hung up on afterwards. I understand these things take time and I would assume they're overwhelmed with cases; but to treat people like this? Also, no Spanish interpreters! I've had to take off of work several times because of this and then get stood up. I guess I should've moved to Cicero or maybe just not Chicago..
