The lady at the store in Dixon talked me (over the phone) into changing my CPAP supply company to them. Once I walked in there and actually met her, she was actually quite rude and snippy. I also don't like that if I forget to drive in ( wasting my gas and everything ) to get my supplies for the month, the waiting time between being able to get more the following month.....gets pushed down the road. . Nobody ever seems to be in a hurry to help you, except for Tim. Tim should find a job in a better facility, because this one doesn't cut it. I think I will go back to the company I started out with. At least they will remind you when your supplies need reordered, and ship them out to you for free. And you only have to deal with the company over the phone, for the most part, and not in person.By the way, I am not from Caro, MI....computer is set for there, for some reason.

Ive always been impressed with the kind and informative service. My last visit was with Tammy. She was helpful and most understanding of my situation. Thank you NIHMS!

They will tell you your insurance is covering everything and then you'll get a huge bill in the mail a few weeks later. When you call to question it they act like they never told you that and are very rude. They also take advantage of the local elderly population by charging way too much for their products. These poor people have no idea they can get the same products on Amazon for a quarter of what they charge at the medical supply store. If your doctor tries to send you here do everything you can to get your medical supplies somewhere else!

15 minutes before closing time ( i didn't expect much help) my husband and I stopped in for a toilet seat riser for my upcoming hip surgery. Tim helped us decide what would be best. He was very friendly and patient. Tim also helped my husband pick a new cpap mask. Tammy was also there sharing her experience with different masks. A week later went back because my husband didnt love the mask and Tim and Terry once again dealt with my million questions and exchanged the mask without any problem. Tim and Terry TNT are definatley the dynamite team like everyone says. Thanks you guys for your help. We need kind fun people in this world!!!

We stopped in on Monday, November 9th, to check into getting a smaller wheelchair for John's parents use at home. There was one on hand and found that we could do an exchange for the larger wheelchair at their home in lieu of renting or buying the smaller one. All thanks to the caring associate that took the time to check their records, her knowledge of Medicare benefits and made the exchange. All within minutes. Very satisfied.
