Not enough people working the counter to assist a long line of customers and not enough cars in the lot even if you had a reservation. Don't rent from them. Also, they forced me to buy additional insurance at a ridiculous rate of 40 dollars a day because I didn't have my personal car insurance card on me (which you always keep in the car and never carry with you) and that's not even a thing because insurance cards don't work like driver's license. If you rent a car, you have a CHOICE of whether or not you want to accept the additional insurance. It even says so in the contract. So don't sign the contract or you're screwed. The guy at the counter bullied me into the purchase and wouldn't let me leave the lot without purchasing it and then when I tried to call Ace to send them a copy of my insurance card, no one called me back. I left 13 messages over the course of the following two weeks. Really ridiculous situation and handled awfully by the company.
