Cumberland Bakery has always been the top bakery in the area! Always fresh, great tasting treats! We love the chocolate donuts among the other wide variety of breakfast items to choose from. We also always got our cakes there for any celebrations we had!! Highly recommend this business!!

Pros: Good doughnuts (when they are open) Cons: I've never seen a bakery that needs a vacation or an extra day off as often as Cumberland Bakery. Today they didn't disappoint. We showed up at 6am, and lo and behold, they took another day off. Why would anybody think they would not be open on a Wednesday because they decided to play hooky again? It kind of sucks when online, they are showing they are open. They have a Facebook account, but no indication to customers they will be closed. Customers aren't mind readers, and don't know day to day what this bakery's intentions are. We have money to spend, and no way to spend it. Unless you're a customer that goes there everyday, how else would anybody else know when they have any intention to not open? The tools are available, like using Facebook, to alert customers, but they refuse to use them. Meanwhile - I drove 12 miles out of my way YET AGAIN, for nothing. I'm sorry, but that's really poor customer service, and a horrible way to run a business. Food for thought - Help your customers, help keep YOU in business.
