        Needed vaccines for travel, and they gave me an appointment same day. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and caring!

        Second time they gave me a card for next appointment, and when I show up they say they don't have any appointments and that my name isn't in the system. I've received two 3 month birth control and tried to reschedule due to working Night shift and no help because again like "not in the system." Rude.

        It's almost like these people don't want you to be able to get a booster shot. Getting rid of the walk in clinic was the dumbest thing ever.

        Very rude receptionist. Talked over me. Wouldn't listen to my questions. Barked at me and told me to call some place in Elgin. Didn't even give me that number until I had to ask for it.

        Been trying to get my shot for over 2 months now. This place is a joke, and the worst managed health dept I have ever seen. They put in place these guidelines but then when it comes to protection they offer nothing.
