Former patient here. I received excellent help, and with a little push, was able to reach out to obtain additional services with my therapist's help. They truly care about my needs. Both the therapeutic services and overall kindness of reception staff earned 5/5 stars from me. I highly recommend life solutions for all those seeking help.
* For those wondering why former, I was stubborn, and refused to take the necessary steps towards making progress. I gave up too soon, ending services with my therapist. After some time, I had finally took my therapists advice, which was positively life changing. Wished I went about things better, they really did have my best interest at heart.

Tried to get help here. Staff member told me my insurance was not accepted. Okay, understandable. Switched insurances through my work which was a lengthy and anxiety inducing in itself. Ask if it's possible to see someone now. Told by the same staff member that they can't provide me specifically with any help. I don't understand at all. Even my insurance lists some of the psychologists as covered and accepting new patients. Why was I personally rejected? Seems like they really just didn't want to help me. Disheartening and demotivating.
