Unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful. I would recommend anywhere else in Decatur but this place. This place messed my car up when they were supposed to be fixing it. I got screwed. Very high priced, but very poor quality work.

Great customer service. Very honest. Took my Saab there about a year ago and they were one of the only places in town that would even look at a Saab. They couldn’t find the part I needed (at no fault of their own. It was an old car they haven’t made in years so finding a part is like finding a needle in a haystack) but they reached out to several places and really did the work to look for it. When it became clear they probably weren’t going to have any luck, they let me know and didn’t charge me for anything since they couldn’t fix it. I’ve had a lot of trouble with car shops in the past because I’m female and they tend to treat you like you don’t know anything and a lot of times try to pull one over on you but these guys were really honest the whole way through and spoke to me like any other customer. If I ever have car trouble with my new car in the future, this is the first place I would take it.

Fantastic service. Quick turn around time. We take all of our company and personal vehicles there. They get it fixed the 1st time! Highly recommended.
