Always delicious and the staff is amazing. One of the nicer places in town that you can still take children to and feel welcome!

Went to Bizou for the first time, with a party of 12, after a reasonable wait the table got their food with the exception of my Wife and I. The Waitress apologized and reordered our food. When it got to the table my Wife's food was undercooked. When approached, the Head Chef was very rude. Not to mention cold food and wrong food for the other people at our table. In the end the meal was free for the table, very nice looking restaurant, my suggestion to the Management is to work on his bedside manner. Won't be going back anytime soon.

2-14-20 My wife and I, along with another couple, had dinner. We were seated, after a brief wait to have our table set up for 4, although there were other tables already set up for 4 guests. Not sure why we were not seated at a set up table, as we had reservations and the establishment was about half occupied at 6:45pm. Service was poor at best with a limited menu (perhaps because of the Valentine's day holiday) was presented. There were a choice of only 3 appetizers and two soups: Tomato Florentine and their signature Lobster Bisque. I ordered the Tomato Florentine and the other gentleman ordered thr Lobster Bisque. The ladies ordered the house salad. After a 15 minute wait, the soup and the salads arrived...I was served nothing and the other gentleman was served my soup. He inquired where was the lobster bisque he ordered, only to be informed they were out of the lobster bisque. He ordered the house sslad. I asked for and NEVER received crackers or bread to accompany my soup. The Tomato Florentine was presented luke cool with whole leaf spinach, instead of chopped spinach, which made eating it a challenge with out slopping it on my shirt. The taste was acceptable. The salads were mediocre served with a small amount of dressing and what appeared to be imitation bacon. Only after asking, our drinks refilled. The first course salad / Soup plates were not cleared until requested. After about 25 minutes, the entrees were served after having been sitting in a non heated staging area for 20 minutes. The ladies ordered a steak entree, the gentlemen ordered the salmon entree. All meals arrived only warm from being prepared too early and waiting. The gentlemen sent their meals back. The baked potatoes that were presented were luke warm to the point that the accompanied butter would not melt. In addition, I ordered the optional creamed spinach side dish. It arrived cold. It was prepared using whole leaf spinach and cream, without any thickening making it like a soup. The creamed spinach side was whole leaf with stems making it unpalatable and messy to eat. We complained vehemently to the owner regarding the poor service and the total lack of attention to our heeds. The owner was sympathetic but did not offer anything to ease the tribulations of the experience My overall experience was mediocre at best. It will be a long time, if at all, before we will return to this establishment. Our tab was ~ $80.00; the other couple's tab was similar. For approximately $160, I would expect more.
