KC Choral thank you for taking the time to visit our store. I’m sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied with our pandemic return policy regarding the Walker. There are signs posted in our store and also printed on all receipts. We completely understand how frustrating this very uncertain time has been for everyone. However, we are mandated to follow certain guidelines regarding the sale and exchange of medical equipment and this new policy is a result of those.

I will never spend another dime in this establishment again. I bought a walker for my mother and was told that I could bring it back for exchange or refund. I returned it the next day (because I found out we didn’t need it) and I was told that they couldn’t take it back because of Covid-19 protection. The associate (I think she was the manager in glasses) NEVER told me about the Covid policy and the original states you have 30 days for exchange and return. So now I’m stuck with this walker I don’t need and wasted money. This company should learn how to be more professional in their communication to their customers. I’ll drive to Carle in Champaign before ever dealing with this lousy company and that lousy manager again.

I had to have a certain color of scrubs for my job and they were so nice and ordered the XXS for me just in time to start my new job. Everyone was so nice, the store was clean and they were very well stocked in several pretty colors. I will always come here for my scrubs or other healthcare attire needs.
