Motel 6 Danville IL

Let me begin by saying that I have stayed at Motel 6 no less than 10 times. All of my stays have been either pleasant or acceptable. This stay however was very poor. The first room I was put in, had human fecal matter in the toilet. I tried to flush it down and the toilet wasn't flushing correctly. I washed my hands after dealing with the toilet and found the sink to be leaking profusely onto the floor. At that point I just opted to not use either of these fixtures for the remainder of the stay. But once I pulled down the comforter and blankets, I found hair, body lint, stains, and other remnants of the previous occupant. At this point I opted to ask for a new room. The host, who was exceptionally pleasant, moved me to a new room. I moved my belongings and then examined the new room. I found the toilet to work and be void of human fecces and the sink to function properly. I left the property as I had a meeting to attend around 6:00 pm. I went to my meeting and got back to the Motel 6 around 10:30. I got ready for bed and pulled the sheets back only to find cigarette burns in the blanket, and hair, skin flakes, stains and other various remnants of the previous occupant. It was clear that the sheets from neither this bed nor the previous one had been changed. I decided to just turn the heat up and sleep on top of the comforter as I didn't want to move rooms for a 3rd time. I removed the spare blanket from the chest of drawers and found it to smell heavily of marijuana. I put it back and opted to sleep on top of the comforter. I was cold throughout the night and did not sleep much at all. Around 4:55 I got out of bed and had a shower. There were some sort of ashes on the tub. I can only assume these too were from the pervious occupant of this 'non-smoking' room. I left early and found a safe place to sleep for an hour or so in my car before my 8:00 meeting. Following this experience, I called customer service and told them this account. They contacted the manager of the hotel and told me that he would be calling me in the next 3 days. I have yet to receive a call. I would like a full refund for this stay. I was under the impression I was paying for a clean and comfortable room and I received neither nor have. I received any sort of communication from the manager. I was sorely disappointed with this stay.
