Sorry you were not happy with your order, if you would have contacted me directly I surely could have explained what happened AND taken care of you to your satisfaction, but that ship has sailed. If we get one star when the chicken is good, I'd sure hate to see what would have happened if it wasn't to your liking.You actually got exactly what you should have and were not "ripped off." You see this is the quantity we have served since we opened in 1967 and this is what we base our local prices off of. Lee's Corporate created the On-Line Ordering portal about 4 years ago and they count gravy as a side, we have no control of that and chose not to confuse those who have been loyal customers for over 60 years so we continue to treat Potatoes & Gravy as one side. Of course we could always change and give a third side but then our prices would also have to reflect that added cost, we just choose not to increase prices any more than we have to as it's hard enough right now to break even, let alone make money!Please know we are always open to "constructive, informed critcism" and if you ever have any in the future, I'm more than happy to listen.
