Grayco is the only company I will call.  Professional, respectful and responsive are words that I describe every time I call.  They have never tried to up sell anything to me or make me pay for services I didn't receive.  I had a warranty issue with a product, and they worked with me to resolve it much to my satisfaction.  There are lots of companies in our area that provide HVAC work, but I trust Grayco to fix it and be fair.

Would highly recommend (and often times do recommend) Grayco to anyone needing heating, cooling, or general HVAC needs. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Very fairly priced products and service.

Grayco is a family owned business that I learned about from a trusted friend. I had them install a new HVAC system in my house in 2018, I also have them service it each year. Just this morning my water heater started to leak, it was 16 years old, I called at 9:30 am, they were at my house by 12:00 with a new commercial grade water heater, they do not even do a ton of water heaters, but they took on my emergency and kept me from having a flooded basement which I recently remodeled, talk about customer service.The entire staff is very professional and incredibly efficient at what they do, I'd recommend them to anyone. When I had my HVAC unit installed I had gotten two other estimates, Grayco was the most competitive and installed it the NEXT day and it's a great unit.Thank you Grayco
