Edible Arrangements

Extremely Rude. Called in a spoke to a Michelle to confirm an order and had no clue of it. Even through it was ready to be picked up. Said to call back later. Called back and spoke to the owner (Evilina, sp?) who was even ruder and said that I did not pay for the order. When they tried to deliver in the afternoon, they delivered to another house and was just going to deliver on the door steps. Stay far, far way. They won't stay in business the way they treat their customers. I have reported this to their corporate office as well since this a franchise. They don't deserve to be in business....

This is the second order I have had botched by Edible Arrangements. My order was placed Thursday Morning. I was contacted in the afternoon and told they could not make my order but that they would make it right away the next morning when the vase came in. It is now Friday afternoon and the order has not been made yet, and no one contacted me to tell me that the order would not be delivered today. I was informed when we called that they have 20 other orders and they make no promises on when it will be done, that the website says that. Then with more questioning they admitted that they don't even have the vase I ordered, it did not come in this morning. No one called or emailed me to tell me that they were breaking the promise I was given yesterday when I allowed the order to be delayed to today. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the poor service I have received every time I have tried using Edible Arrangements. They were not the least bit apologetic, they seemed put out that we were calling and bothering them about our little order when they had 20 other orders that were clearly more important than ours. They did not even offer to make things right. My family will not be using Edible Arrangement's services ever again.
