Exceptional service bringing back a computer into normal operation that only an expert could perform, and he provided it at my home so none of the hassle of taking it to a store--or the extra risk in these COVID times.  He arrived and stayed masked while maintaining good social distance during the entire repair time.  I will gladly recommend Mark to friends in need of computer repairs in the future.

Mark saved the day for me. One of my store managers has had consistent issues with her computer. After several failed attempts at trying to figure out the problem, I finally called Mark. After he fixed the problems, I got an email for the "best boss ever!" from my store manager. Mark took care of all the issues at an affordable price and periodically follows up to make sure it is still working properly. Service couldn't be better!
