After another company telling me I needed a new furnace and it was going to be $6,700, a friend referred me to Addit. Bill came out right away and was able to track down an obscure part and repair my furnace at a really, really reasonable price. Don't waste time with other companies - call Addit. I cannot rave enough about this company. They are honest, reliable, and have fair rates. They are also very professional. Originally, due to a diagnostic from Four Seasons, we were told that the furnace needed to be replaced. The quoted price was extremely high. A family member recommended that I contact Addit as they had a wonderful experience with them in the past. Not only, did they come out the next business day (I left a voicemail at the tail end of the business day prior), but a thorough review of the system was done and they were able to communicate, in laymen’s terms, what the issue was, how it occurred, and what was needed to resolve. They could’ve easily told me that a new furnace was needed and just quoted a lower price... but no... they were extremely honest and explained that only a few parts were needed at a fraction of the cost! They then performed all of the work in a timely manner. We will definitely be using Addit for any future heating or cooling needs. Service: Heating system repair
