About a year ago, I called this company because they had ads on Facebook about their work.
I texted and requested for a quote on a small gutter repair , the response I got back was that they didnt do jobs like mine and focused on new full installations of gutters, in other words, big jobs.
I accepted their response, at least they were honest right?
A short while after my parents were looking for a full installation in their new home. I contacted the same company I.e. well hung gutters and of course they were interested in the job. However,
I told them that I would give them the job if they could come by and fix my small repair jobto which they agreed..they completed my parents house and phone call after phone call, text after textthey kept telling me next week, or tomorrow.for sure.but they never came.tue reason.were too busy. So they got what they wanted and finished a full installation. But my small insignificant repair was exactly that.insignificantfor themhey I get it.if you dont specialize in small repairs.its ok.but please dont go back on Your word if thats the commitment you made.
I would not call this company professional or ethical according to my experience. Hence, the 1 star.
