LaGrange Medical Center and Urgent Care

the PA who came to see us is the only reason this place isnt 1 star. def knows what shes doing and noticed what was wrong almost instantly. she really wanted to get to know you and your background medical stuff. liked her a lot. she was so kind and thorough and very nice to speak with. the building is in desperate need of a fix up. holes in the walls and the floors need some good cleaning. the layout of the place is a little odd and when you walk in the vibe is definitely off but you cant quite place it. its a beautiful building and has so much potential if they would just give it a few renovations. just from sitting in the room ive noticed the ceiling is starting to cave, the walls dont seem very clean and theres a hole in the top of the wall. the tv is fairly loud in the waiting room to the point where i can hear it while im in the patient room. ive gone to other doc in the boxes where it seems a lot nicer. the staff was okay but the PA was the best. also im sorry but theres two doors in the patient room. one is blocked by the exam table or whatever its called. weird. i would 100% come back if the place was kept up more.

I came to this location cause of my old primary physican is now an administrative dept whos only there sometimes so when he there I try to get help because the NP seems to be in a hurry and or bothered that there are sick patients or if somebody is running late between me and my father we both havent been feeling truly seen by the practitioner the rest of the staff is fine with me

I rarely leave 1 star reviews but the way the lady at the front desk treated myself and other patients was unacceptable. She was extremely rude, impatient and lacked compassion. Very upsetting considering people were just trying to be seen due to illness.

Rude person at front desk. Do not waste your time at a Medical center that lacks compassion. I specifically called before I came to ask if this was an Urgent care facility. Only to get there and be met with the same person I spoke to over the phone who stated it wasnt an urgent care. So please remove the darn urgent care sign out the FN window.

Was very disappointed. Brought my daughter in who had vomiting and not feeling well.had to wait over an hour past appointment time to be seen.nurse practioner seemed to be in a hurry because it was close to closing.Instead of doing a quick strep test they did a swab that had to be sent to the lab.They said after 1pm the next day they would have the results.The results never came in now I have to wait all weekend until Monday to see results I hope!SoI don't know if she has a viral or bacterial thing happening
