Doug's A Team Carpet Cleaning

I reached out and had an appt scheduled to have my couch cleaned. He gave me a quote and confirmed a date. The day before my scheduled cleaning he texts me letting me know that he will not be able to clean my couch because someone on their team tested positive for COVID. He said he would have to reschedule for 2 weeks to allow enough time for quarantining. I was fine with that, told him the days I was available and he said he would even throw in a free scotch guard service for the inconvenience. Great! 2 weeks pass, he still hasn't reached out to me to schedule service. I reach out to him inquiring about a date, he never texted me back. Reached out to him again a week later, no text back. I called his number, no answer left a message detailing what happened and how I think its unprofessional, no call back. It's been over a month of reaching out to them and they wont get back to me. I was totally understanding of the COVID thing, but for him to offer a free service and everything to me and ignore all my texts and calls is so unprofessional. Its over a month later almost 2 soon and he hasn't returned any of my calls for this service. I really wanted to support this business, especially it being a black business but they are very unprofessional. Guess I will have my carpet cleaned by someone else.

This was my first time utilizing Doug’s A Team and I must say I am thoroughly impressed!!! I had seen positive reviews but I didn’t expect them to be able to revive my problems areas BUT they did just that!!! Doug was professional and did an excellent job! His attention to detail in removing the stains from my sectional, curtains and floors made them look vibrant and brand new! They are definitely my new service provider for my carpet cleaning and all my upholstery needs!!! Thank you Doug and team for your exceptional service! You have a customer for life!
