        Above and beyond! A few months back, my sister ordered flowers to be sent but I was heading out of town. We spoke to The Flower Basket about the order that was out for delivery. They were kind enough to put that order on hold and deliver it once I was back in town.Fast forward to this week. It was my anniversary and the arrangement they made was huge and gorgeous. Fresh. Uplifting. Well done!

        I schedeuled an appointment to have flowers done for my wedding with no problem. After callin to pay the deposit and leaving a msg more than once, I decided to take my business elsewhere. The guy never called me back and the lady answering the phone wasn't to helpful either. Plus she didin't seem to care that this issue was costing them business. Not professional to me and not who I felt was going to be professional on my special day.
