Rude staff & inconsiderate ppl the place might as well be run by ex cons or drug addicts. They provide inadequate service & the customer service they provide is horrible. Brought a set from them was schedule for delivery the day of delivery is was called by Laura (the store manager) & told that they would need to reschedule after me staying home for the window of time appointed. At that moment i cancelled my order because the next date was weeks out for delivery. Spoke to the regional manager so at that moment i thought going back months later would be fine his team would be better. Smh was i fooled went back did my contract schedule delivery. On the day of the delivery called the store to confirm asked if delivery driver would remove the set already in the room due to my back hurting advised no they donâ€™t remove. So i myself removed the furniture. Received a call close to the end of my delivery window stating the driver had an emergency could i wait until Monday. Advised no due to my situation & because i had company arriving to stay at my house. Store manager Laura stared sheâ€™ll call me back after speaking with drivers. No call back called since it was close to closing she expressed how sorry she was and that a driver will be at my house early Saturday morning 9:30 am & sheâ€™ll credit my account. Boom Saturday morning no call no driver. Wait until 10:40 go to the store Laura isnâ€™t there speak with another team member expressing my frustration sheâ€™s telling me calm down and thatâ€™s not what Laura said. ðŸ˜³donâ€™t tell me calm Down when on multiple occasions i was inconvenienced & you took my money. A gentleman took over explained the situation & stated that heâ€™ll make me the 1st delivery i can run my errands Gave me a time frame. I expressed the lack of communication skills upon the team if the customers donâ€™t follow up no one will ever reach out. I bet if a payment is missed they wonâ€™t have issues getting drivers to the homes of their customers. Every rep to manager in this office make promises they canâ€™t keep. If itâ€™s such a big hassle revamp the office & hire responsible people. I understand life happens but every Time a delivery is set itâ€™s an excuse. I feel they are steal customers money by starting contracts & having you pay for merchandise you havenâ€™t received as long as the contract started they feel they can show when they want for delivery. I was going to add another item on my contract but Iâ€™m so over this store. I rather travel further from my house to another one than deal with the lies from them for my other set.
