Fratnizin' with Sororitique - Greek Apparel & Accessories

I had a truly terrible experience with Sororitique Inc. I ordered a fur coat on December 5, 2022 and the money was taken out of my account the same day. However, despite the fact that I had expected to receive an email confirmation of my order, I never received any such confirmation. This lack of communication was the first indication of poor customer service.When I called on January 17, 2023 to check the status of my order, the customer service representative, Javon, was very unprofessional. She did not even introduce herself or provide her name until I asked. She asked me for an order number that began with a R, but when I told her I couldn't find any email confirmation, she provided me with my order number and told me that the coat was delayed. This was the first time I had heard any information about my order being delayed, and the fact that Sororitique Inc. had never communicated this delay to me was extremely frustrating.The worst part of my experience was when I spoke with the owner, Rashawnda. She also seemed very unprofessional and agitated. When I suggested that they compensate me for the inconvenience, she refused and said she would not be giving me anything for free. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction was unacceptable and showed me that the company does not value their customers.I ended up canceling my order and getting a refund, but this is no way to treat customers when your operation is poorly run. The poor customer service, lack of communication, and nasty attitude of the staff at Sororitique Inc. have left me extremely disappointed and I will not be doing business with them again. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor customer service and lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

After 9 days of not hearing anything about my shipment, I emailed them my inquiry. The next day they canceled my order with no explanation. I was counting on the shipment for a birthday gift. I will never use again.
