From out of town and love wine. I showed up with no knowledge of the menu and Jeff guided me through the scotch/bourbon and then into the red wine. Every recommendation was perfect. Highly recommend it.

I made reservations 2 months out for a special occasion. I received the email to state that my reservations was booked. I arrive the day of the reservation to the location on Chicago Avenue and the venue had shut down for the evening. I call for an explanation and I was told, they forgot to call me to tell me that they no longer closed at 9pm. They closed at 6pm. My reservations were for 6pm-730pm. It was embarrassing because I booked a surprise birthday outting with no back up plan and my entire evening was ruined due to poor customer service. The revolution offered was to go to the establishment across the street.
